More plated desserts, yay!

Mango cheesecake topped with raspberry couli, mango couli, and a blackberry (because we always get shafted on fruit and there were no raspberries or mangos /crey)

The biggest thing to cooking cheese cake is low and slow. The oven temp is around 270 degrees or so. It takes like two hours or more to bake, sooooo I don't think you'll ruin it XD
